Its steel toe with rubber toe cover allows you to practice Nordic walking on hard ground. Its ergonomic handle with extension up to 27 cm allows a better grip even on particularly sloping paths. The adjustable wrist strap gives enough ease to promote arm movement. Minimum size: 65 cm, maximum: 135 cm. Sold individually, individually wrapped.
