High visibility waterproof overtrousers

100% polyester. Oxford PU coating. Raincoat. Two 5 cm wide reflective bands at the bottom of the legs. Elasticated waistband. Press studs at the bottom for adjustment. Stitched and glued seams. Complies with EN ISO20471:2013 category 1 and EN343 standards relating to protection against bad weather: only Hi Vis Yellow, Hi Vis Yellow/Navy, Hi Vis Orange and Hi Vis Orange/Navy. Also conforms to the UK Railways 'High Visibility Clothing' Standard GO/RT 3279 Issue 8:2013 (Hi Vis orange and Hi Vis orange/navy).
